A connected admin portal, client portal, and contractor PWA for UK specialist locksmith operations, with configurable pricing and automated Xero invoicing.
The challenge
Enforcement, NDE warrant, and insolvency work involves different job types, pricing rules, sites, clients, contractors, and warrant officers. Specialised Locksmiths needed to coordinate these details, give clients job visibility, and connect field reporting with billing.
What we built
Tech Monkeys built three connected interfaces: an admin portal for scheduling, assignments, and pricing; a client portal for job status and upcoming work; and a contractor PWA for mobile updates, photos, and notes. Pricing uses customer rules, services, products, and contractor rates to generate invoices automatically in Xero.
Documented outcomes
- Connected office coordination, customer visibility, and field reporting.
- Site photos, notes, and job updates captured from mobile devices.
- Consistent branding across all three interfaces.
- Automated Xero invoice generation from configurable pricing rules.
AI-assisted contractor scheduling, user messaging, and further reporting automation are planned enhancements, not delivered capabilities.
