Sneaker Con: Event Registration & Ticketing Automation
Connected Zoho Forms, Eventbrite, and email workflows. The client reports reducing registration processing from 10+ working days to under two hours per event.
The challenge
Staff had to process registrations from Zoho Forms, generate Eventbrite tickets, send confirmations, and cross-check attendee and vendor access rules across separate systems.
What we built
Tech Monkeys built a desktop and web application connecting form submissions to ticket assignment and QR-coded email delivery. Vendor CSV imports support immediate or queued processing. Event and venue administration, targeted synchronization, communication status, and export-ready reporting give the team a shared operational interface.
Documented outcomes
- Client-reported registration processing reduced from 10+ working days to under 2 hours per event.
- Fewer manual handoffs between form intake, ticket assignment, and email delivery.
- Attendee and vendor access rules supported within connected workflows.
- Central visibility into event records, imports, synchronization, and reporting.
Processing-time savings are client-reported for the registration workflow per event, not an independently measured benchmark.
